To provide you with confidence and peace of mind, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our products.

Warranty Coverage

Our Lifetime Warranty guarantees that your Free Chérie Diamonds jewelry is free from manufacturing defects, covering issues related to both the materials and craftsmanship. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Defects in the diamond or gemstone: Any imperfection that can be traced back to the manufacturing process, such as an internal flaw or external damage caused by improper setting.
  • Stone or diamond setting issues: If the diamond or gemstone becomes loose, falls out, or experiences problems due to the setting or mounting, we will repair or replace it.
  • Issues resulting from manufacturing errors: Any problems directly related to the way the jewelry was produced, including defects in the metalwork or design.

Warranty Exclusions

While we stand behind the quality of our jewelry, our Lifetime Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear: Over time, exposure to daily activities, chemicals, and environmental factors can cause natural changes in the appearance of your jewelry. This includes minor scratches, discoloration, and surface wear that is typically expected with use.
  • Damage from external factors: Loss of diamonds or stones due to external impacts, accidents, or excessive force is not covered. Similarly, wear and tear of prongs or settings caused by frequent daily use (such as prong thinning due to friction or pressure) is excluded.
  • Loss or theft: Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damage caused by events outside of our control.
  • Repairs or alterations by third parties: Any damage or voiding of warranty caused by unauthorized repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by third-party jewelers or non-professional services will not be covered.
  • Natural wear-down of precious metals: Precious metals, such as gold, silver and platinum, naturally experience wear and oxidation over time. These are not considered defects under the warranty.

Inspection and Return Process

At Free Chérie Diamonds, we thoroughly inspect and photograph every piece of jewelry before it is shipped to you, ensuring that it arrives in perfect condition. If you suspect a defect that falls under our warranty, we encourage you to contact us immediately at support@freecherie.com. Our team will provide you with a free shipping label to return the item for inspection. Upon receipt, our experts will carefully examine the jewelry to determine whether the defect qualifies for warranty coverage. If it is found to be a manufacturing defect, we will make the necessary repairs or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Repairs

  • Third-Party Repairs: It is important to note that any repairs carried out by unauthorized individuals or third-party jewelers will void your warranty. We highly recommend having any repairs done exclusively by Free Chérie Diamonds or one of our approved repair partners.
  • Authorized Repairs: If your jewelry requires a repair that is not covered under the warranty, we will provide you with an estimate for the cost of the repair, and we will always work with you to ensure a fair and transparent process. All repairs must be carried out by Free Chérie Diamonds or an authorized jeweler to ensure the integrity and longevity of the piece.

Ring Resizing

We understand that your ring size may change over time, and we offer one free ring resizing as part of our Lifetime Warranty. For resizing requests, please reach out to us at support@freecherie.com. Our expert jewelers will take care of resizing your ring to ensure a perfect fit. Resizing can be made larger or smaller up to 1.5 US size in either direction.

Important Note: Currently, free ring resizing is available only for customers located within the United States. International customers should contact us for alternative solutions and pricing.

Jewelry Insurance

While our warranty covers a variety of potential issues, it does not protect against loss, theft, or damage caused by factors outside of our control. We strongly recommend that you insure your jewelry through a reputable insurance company to safeguard against such risks. Jewelry insurance will provide additional peace of mind, covering your investment in case of unexpected loss or damage.
