Custom Order Processing Time
Each custom piece from Free Chérie Diamonds is meticulously crafted with the highest standards of quality and care. As a result, all custom orders require approximately 2 weeks for creation. This timeframe begins once we have confirmed your order and received full payment. Please note that certain designs may take longer to complete, depending on their complexity and availability of materials. If your order is expected to take longer than usual, we will notify you promptly.

Payment Clearance
Before we can ship your order, we require that your payment be fully processed and cleared through your bank or chosen payment method. Payment clearance typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on the method of payment used. Please note that custom items will only be created once your payment is successfully cleared. Orders paid via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer may take several days to process, particularly if there are any issues with payment verification. We recommend ensuring your payment details are correct and that there are no blocks or holds from your bank to avoid delays.

Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)
Free FedEx Domestic Shipping: All shipments within the United States are shipped free of charge via FedEx. We select the most efficient shipping method available based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Signature Required: For security purposes, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. An authorized adult (18 years or older) must be present to sign for the package. If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, FedEx will make additional delivery attempts or allow you to schedule a new delivery time at your convenience.
Overnight Shipping: If you require your order sooner, overnight shipping is available for an additional fee, which can be selected during the checkout process. However, please note that FedEx does not guarantee next-day delivery, and we cannot guarantee that your item will arrive the next day, as delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or external factors such as weather or operational issues.

Insurance
To provide you with peace of mind, all purchases over $5,000 USD are fully insured at no additional cost to you. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, we will assist in filing a claim with FedEx to ensure that your purchase is fully covered. For orders under $5,000, we recommend considering shipping insurance if you feel additional coverage is necessary.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:
Return Eligibility: We accept returns for store credit when the item is returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unworn condition and in original packaging. There should be no signs of wear, scratches, or damage. We inspect all returned items thoroughly to ensure they meet these conditions before issuing store credit.
Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service to return your item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price. The store credit is valid for 30 days from the date we receive your return and can be used for any future purchase at Free Chérie Diamonds.
Custom Orders: Custom-designed pieces are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. Due to their unique nature, custom items are made to your specific preferences and cannot be resold. Please carefully review your design before confirming your order.
International Orders: We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items shipped outside the United States. We encourage international customers to carefully review all details of their purchase before placing an order.

Risk of Loss
Ownership of the item and the risk of loss transfer to you, the customer, once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier (FedEx). In the event that the package is lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracking your package regularly and ensuring that someone is available to receive and sign for the item.

Shipping Restrictions
Shipping to Home Addresses Only: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a valid home address. We recommend that you provide a physical address where someone will be available to sign for the package.
Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by inclement weather, carrier issues, incorrect or outdated address information, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If there are any issues with the delivery, we will work with you and FedEx to resolve them as quickly as possible, but please understand that certain delays are out of our hands.

Tracking and Estimated Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status of your package in real time. The estimated delivery date is provided at checkout and will be included in your order confirmation email. While we strive to meet these dates, please understand that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to changes based on external factors such as shipping volume, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
